Passionate about food, Mark takes great pleasure in celebrating food which can be found within the local counties, especially his home county of Shropshire.

Whether it be the rare Mortimer Forrest Venison or the humble Shropshire Potato, Mark enjoys showcasing all that the area can offer. Further afield Mark sources his fish directly off the day boats from Cornish harbours which finds it’s way to our kitchen within 24 hours of being out of the water, keeping it as fresh as can be.

At The Tally Ho Mark and the team create an ever-changing, seasonal menu that feature freshly prepared produced, sustainable produce that we hope will have punters coming back time and time again.
