The Tally Ho Inn at Bouldon has been at the centre of the Corvedale community for generations and is remembered by many as the place they enjoyed their first pint!
Following closure in 2006 and strongly opposed attempts to change the use of this historic Inn to residential use, concerned locals eventually acquired the Tally Ho Inn in December 2010.
The new owners set out to create a local's local, a cosy traditional pub with local flavour and colour. The carefully refurbished Inn incorporates many recognisable maps, plans, photographs and images of local features and characters. The refurbishment has created the perfect rural retreat, providing a traditional pub service where everyone is welcome in a warm, hearty environment. The Tally Ho Inn reopened in January 2012 to quiet, informed acclaim.
The extensive beer garden with its south westerly views is the perfect summer sun trap with some of the finest sunsets in Shropshire.
If you are seeking a pint of fine ale, a glass of wine or simply a cup of good coffee or tea, combined with good honest pub food in one of the most beautiful parts of rural England, this no nonsense Inn is for you. Dogs, children, horses, everyone is welcome!
